This policy explains what CC Aesthetics collects through this website, how it is used, and how to reach us about it. It covers the website only — information you give us in the treatment room is handled under our clinical privacy practices.

Information We Collect

We collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a contact form, booking request, or chat message. We also collect basic website usage data through standard analytics.

Website Chat

This website uses an AI chat assistant. Anything you type into it is sent to our provider's servers, stored, and may be read by our team so we can follow up with you. Conversations are also processed by a third-party AI service in order to generate replies.

The chat is not a secure or HIPAA-protected channel. Please do not enter medical history, medication lists, insurance or record numbers, or any clinical detail you would not want stored. If you ask to speak to a person, the conversation — including everything already typed in it — may be passed to a member of our team.

Replies are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Nothing said in the chat is medical advice, a quote, or a confirmed appointment. For anything clinical, speak to a provider; to book, use our booking page or call (859) 303-7694.

The chat stores a small identifier in your browser so a conversation survives a page refresh. To ask us to delete a chat conversation, email cnorsworthy@ccaesthetics.net.

How We Use Your Information

Text Messages

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this site and our practice — website hosting, analytics, our chat and messaging providers, and our booking system — and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep website enquiries, chat conversations, and text records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details below.

Your Choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages, and you can use the website without using the chat.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Treatments for anyone under 18 are handled in person with a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
